

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa., May 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (“Orrstown”) (NASDAQ: ORRF), the bank holding company for Orrstown Bank, announced the successful closing of the previously announced acquisition of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBK) (“Hamilton”).
