SHIPPENSBURG, Pa., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ORRF), the parent company of Orrstown Bank, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.21 per share payable July 25, 2003, to shareholders of record on July 5, 2003. This represents a 29.6% increase over the $.162 declared during the second quarter of 2002.
